vent for the day!
terrible thing happened in the office parking lot today...someone hit the gas instead of the brakes, panicked, accelerated further and fell off the cliff into the canyon below...it was horrible...there was an eye-witness who said that he saw the person get out of the car and walk to the ambulance which is a gud sign....but the whole parking thing sucks in this building...our office is on top of a mountain and they have parking facing the canyon bcoz of the stoopid view...(california is extremely overrated for this view crap!!)...drive a couple of inches fwd and this is wht happens!!
note to myself: it cud very well have been me in that car...this confusion between accelerator and brakes....tch! tch! drive carefully :)

Damn scary - but complaining about the view? Im getting a heartburn here - especially with the droning sound of the drill coming from our neighbours hammering of the wall! 4 hours more work to end grrr

Sriram: I have been on the passenger seat of a car in india when my uncle did pretty much the same thing and ran over a cycle (minus the cyclist). It is normal for new drivers.
OMG scary stuff
Couple of years back I was sitting and watching TV and suddenly there was a very loud crashing noise.... I looked out of the window and saw nothing at the first glance then saw some dust coming from below....paatha....there was 3/4 of the car inside the apartment right below mine...came to know that the guy pressed the gas instead of brake....from that day i have decided never to live in lower level apartment......
